Dr Vikas Gupta is a Director and Head of Neurosurgery, and was Honorary secretary of Delhi Neurological Society. He works in BLK center for Neurosciences at BLK Super specialty Hospital located at Pusa Road, New Delhi. He is a highly accomplished and well- read Neurosurgeon in India which is evident by his Post doctoral training in neurological surgery from G.B Pant Hospital and Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi in 1998. Subsequently he underwent a fellowship in Interventional neurological surgery from the University Hospital, Zurich, Switzerland under the guidance of Professor A. Valavanis, Director of Institute of Interventional Neuroradiology, a living legend in the field of Interventional Neuroradiology. He possesses vast experience in the field of Neurosurgery, has been performing neuro- endovascular procedures for more than 15 years, and is among a handful of Neurosurgeon in India who are formally trained in both micro-neurosurgeries as well as interventional neuro-radiological techniques.
