Dr. Joydeep Ghosh is a highly qualified and a dynamic oncologist practicing in Kolkata. MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from Kolkata, India, followed by one year of senior residency in bone marrow transplant and hemato oncology at Apollo hospitals, Kolkata and Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. DM in Medical Oncology from Tata Memorial Centre. Worked as a Specialist Registrar in the Department of Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai. Awarded First prize in the National Torrent Young Scholar award in medical oncology in 2015 .
Recipient of the protocol development workshop fellowship from ACORD group, Australia. Received grants from both TMH Mumbai and outside sources for conducting research. Co author in multiple studies. Currently working as a Consultant in Medical Oncology, at Cancer centre in Kolkata. Currently involved in patient management and running various academic activities. He is also a co PI for multiple phase III trials. His areas of interest are breast, gastrointestinal, head neck oncology and gynaecological malignancies.
