Dr Manish K Gupta is an Advance Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeon at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. He was trained at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, USA. His main area of interest is Laparoscopic management of Gall bladder, Hernia, Colo-rectal surgery & Bariatric surgery (Obesity or weight loss surgery). Before joining Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, he was Consultant Surgeon in the Department of General Surgery, MIS & Bariatric Surgery Center at Fortis Hospital, Noida. He completed his MBBS in 1998 & was awarded with Diplomate of National Board of Examinations in 2004, MNAMS by National Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in year 2005 and Fellowship by Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeon in 2008. He received Best Doctor award in 2008 at Fortis Hospital. He is an active member of various prestigious societies like Asia Pacific Hernia Society (APHS), Indian Hernia Society (IHS), Indian Association of Gastroendo Surgeons (IAGES) & Association of Surgeons of India (ASI). He is reviewer of prestigious International Journal of Surgery (IJS). He has published and co-authored numerous scientific research papers in international and national journals of repute.
